Sallie s one of the best realtors I have worked with and that says alot. She is honest, fair, quick to solve issues and knows the Lake Country area well. She has lived on the lakes, Oconomowoc, and knows where the good deals are. I give Sallie 5 stars.

Great realtor, good knowledge and process.

Ms. Konruff has been the ultimate professional - one of, if not the, best I/we have ever worked with during any of our real estate transactions. And there were many. We have owned four rental properties and three private personal homes during our lifetime. In addition, I, Sherrie, have worked with realtors in the selling of two of my parents homes. I believe this makes us really qualified to judge a realtor's professional work. I met Sallie last year during a time when our oldest daughter was considering a move from New Jersey back to the Milwaukee area. She was personable and professional from the start - knowing my daughter's wishes and of course the real estate market. When we decided to sell our fourplex in Milwaukee, I called my daughter saying I want Sallie to handle the selling of this property. Within two days we had the seller's contract written; appointments for the pictures to be taken; and my own 'training' on how to handle tenants during this process. The key box was setup and we were ready to go. Within fewer than five days, we had many showings and several offers. Now it was time to make a decision. Sallie reviewed three of the offers with us, helping us along the way to make suggestions on which one to accept. BUT - and this is the key - she NEVER pushed us towards one contract over another - we knew it was our decision and one we would not take lightly. Our son was involved in the contract reviews from day one. Our daughters were involved in working with the tenants and finding contractors for major and minor repairs that we were going to do. But Sallie took the lead of Guardian of the property and my guide on how to work with multiple facets of this process. One of Sallie's strongest qualities is empathy. I had a recent operation for a pace maker. She was so understanding that not everyday was going to be a good day for me - and that stress had to be limited. Yes, I had three children to help me, but with my husband out of the country on an emergency family issue, I was pretty much on my own. We spoke daily - with Sallie's last comment to me always being - Sherrie, take care of yourself. Whatever the issue, we will handle it. And handle she did - because we closed last week!

Sallie helped us to sell our home and find our dream home. She is responsive, knowledgable, and puts her clients first!

This was quite the transaction; the seller was in the hospital and through the entire process uncommunicative and dis-engaged. And the current tenant in one of the units had covid, which made the process even more difficult to navigate. Sallie was excellent in terms of ensuring the process moved along; that key items were delivered and that we stayed on track. She was engaged and pro-active and on top of every detail at all times. When we purchase our next property Sallie will be the first person that we call. Thanks to sallie's research she was able to find a company to assist our property in being removed out of the Racine county flood plane and that is what was needed to proceed forward on selling our property.
